Cocktail Trends from the American Bars of the World's 50 Best Bars List

For Drinks International Magazine I wrote a story looking at trends seen in the American bars that made the World's 50 Best Bars list. As you probably know, I am the voting coordinator for North America for the World's 50 Best Bars list and make an effort to always stop into ones on the list when I'm traveling.
