Yesterday I judged the San Francisco regional competition of the Tullamore D.E.W. Bar Stories competition, along with consultant/USBG rep Reza Esmaili, Tanya Hennigar from Young's Market, and Tullamore D.E.W. national brand ambassador Tim Herlihy. This competition was interesting in that there were equal points assigned for the taste of the cocktail/skill of the bartender, and the bartender's chatter and bar stories. As you can imagine, there were a lot of fun stories.
