I’m late to the party (as usual) with this Bibimbap bowl—I know they were all the rage a few years ago. Fast forward some and they still are.
It’s not hard to see why. They are easy to make and full of good stuff and good for you things. There’s really no hard and fast rules for bibimbap, so just pick the protein you prefer, ie. beef, chicken, stir-fry tofu. Then load it up on your veggies—go for different textures for and contrasting flavors.
