Dredge pork chops in flour seasoned with salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil until done. Reserve pan drippings and set chops aside. Combine hash browns, soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, 11⁄2 cups cheese and half the onions in a large bowl.
