It's the most wonderful time of the year—yes, because of family and holiday cheer and all that jazz, but really because you can eat cake and cream and sugar for breakfast and have it be completely, totally normal. So take advantage: Eat your sticky buns and waffles and French toast and coffee cake for breakfast, and have seconds. Feed them to your family proudly.
